Where do you place God in your life? Are you putting Him 1st like you should? We go through so many obstacles in life. Some of us crumble under the pressure while some of us get through just fine. Ever wonder why you are stuck in life? Ever wonder who you just can't get it together? Maybe it's because your order is out of order!!! You have to put God first. Know who you are and Who's you are. You belong to Him first. That means you are second. God 1st, YOU 2nd, your family 3rd and so on. Our families are the ones who will always have our backs. They are the ones who know us best. They know all our dirty laundry. They can either keep us sane or make us totally insane! Lol. Spend time with your family because aside from everything you do in your life, they will always be there. Mend the trust issues. Sometimes we put ourselves completely out on a limb trying to show the world how much love we have to give. Sometimes we put so much effort into trying to make something work that we find ourselves in over our heads physically as well as emotionally. We pour our hearts out to the ones we think deserve our love and the ones who we feel like we can trust. We want the best. We invest so much of our time and energy into trying to make someone love us who is incapable of doing so. We are honest but the other person is dishonest. We know in our heart that something is wrong but we go against ourselves in hope that it will all change. We aren't getting what we give out. We aren't getting that same time and energy in return from the person who is absorbing all that we are giving. Things get to the point where we try to demand that same treatment that we give out. We all have done things in our lives that we are not proud of. We all have those things that we have done that make us feel very guilty. Sometimes these are the things that hold us back in our lives because we are so consumed with guilt that we just can not move on. We become crippled to our past mistakes. We know in our hearts that we have learned from the mistakes that caused us so much pain but the consequences from those exact mistakes are what holds us in a prison in life. We wonder will we ever be able to get out our own prisons. We wonder will anyone ever be able to love us flaws and all. The truth is that we have people all around us who are willing to help us and are taking the time out their day to help us move on. We are usually the ones who block the advice that could free us from our own pain. We don't want to hear the truth because the truth hurts. We don't want to face the music. We have to stop letting fear of rejection and the fear of being exposed hold us back...

Ever trip and fall and your arm extends out to catch yourself right in time? Ever wonder why you swerve right in time before you hit that poor dog on your way home from work? Ever wonder why you subconsciously choose to "go the other way" when your gut tells you to avoid trouble? God assigns a team of angels to help you along your walk in life and to help keep you on your path. Some people call them spirit guides and that is exactly what they are. You have created a plan in your mind of all the things you want to do and the goals you want to accomplish in life. God assigns these angels to you to help direct your footsteps so that you can achieve all that you desire. He knows how to protect you. He knows the decisions that you need to make in order to get where you need to go unharmed. See if it was up to us alone, we'd fail because there are way too many elements against us. Don't give up on love. I know it gets hard when you feel alone at night. I know that you know in your heart how much love you have to give and you question will you ever be able to give that love away to someone who deserves it. The answer is YES! You will be able to give that same love that you dream about expressing to the one who is able to give that same love if not more back to you. It all starts with you though. You have to know who you are and Who's you are first. You can not compromise your own values in order to keep someone in your life who doesn't want to be there. You have to be your own individual first so that the person who is meant to love you will love you just for you, not for someone you pretend to be. Learn to love yourself first and the rest will follow. That special someone is out there waiting for YOU to show up. Last night I prayed extra hard. I was in a very bad space but I chose to stay still and not act on my feelings. Before I'd allow my feelings lie to me and tell me that I needed to go out in the club or out with "so called friends" and drink my problems away or do some type of drugs to try and numb out every emotion. I don't do that these days because I'm afraid of the consequences and of losing everything that I have been working so hard for. I am valuable to myself. I love ME so much now that I won't let any circumstances, people or anything else block me from everything I myself and God has in store for me. See I am in control of my actions. I choose to be whether or not I want to be for or against myself. I have been against my own self most of my life and I will never neglect myself again. Keep your head up folks, you can change everything in your life if you need to and survive just like I'm doing and have done. It takes hella work but you can do it. ...

Ever heard the phrase , "It's not over till it's over"? As you go through life there are so many ups and downs that you start to feel overwhelmed. It seems like there are more down points in life than there are ups. We get so caught up in the process that we get drained. We need and seek escape however that may be. How do you escape? Do you watch your favorite TV show on certain nights? Do you look out at the ocean? Do you go to the park? These things help us to escape the hustle and bustle that comes from the monotony in life. How you handle being overwhelmed can make or break you. Do you handle stress well or poorly? I don't handle it so well so I like to escape very frequently. I usually will get a bowl of my favorite cereal and eat it in the bed late at night instead of the morning for comfort (weird I know). Or I'll go and peer off my balcony into the forest that is outside my apartment and look at the sky as well. We need to do these things because whate...

Do you know who you are and Who's you are? Do you know where you've been, where you are now and where you're going? In order to fully walk in your truth you must know these things. You have to get out of who you were because who you were isn't who you are anymore. Who you want to be is not here yet so focus on who you are now. By doing so you can appreciate who you were and know what direction you are going. Just trust in God and he will help you get through the things that you hold onto from your past. He will help you make it to where you want to be in your future. But it all starts with who you are now! You have to accept who you are now to be able to grow. If you are not being truthful to yourself or to anyone else about who you really are and Who's you really are then you will stay stuck in a place that you feel most neglected. What do you wish for? You don't even have to say it because God knows what your wishes and desires already are. He is already in the process of guiding your footsteps toward all your dreams and wants. All you have to do is step aside and stop fighting the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will guide you through abc towards everything you need to get to where you want to be. Stop procrastinating and go to work!!! Stop lying and start telling the truth. Stop all the things that prevent the Holy Sirit from getting the job done! You have control over whether or not you choose to let God in or to force Him out. He gives you chance after chance but will not always do that if you keep rejecting him. He wants you to have everything imaginable if you humble yourself enough to allow him. Yes he has the power to fix you and make you perfect but what's the fun in that if everyone on earth was without fault.
