Your thought process is composed of both positive and negative influencers. The things that you think about will either influence your actions in a very positive way or they can influence you to make very bad choices. You have to be able to separate your positive thoughts from the ones that will influence you to make really poor choices and decisions. Your thoughts can encourage you in the most constructive way, which will lead you to achieve all of your goals, or they can lead you destructively to your death. Be aware of what you think. Know what is factual and what are assumptions. Ask questions rather than assume. Block negative thinking. Just because you think about something doesn't mean you have to act on that thought. You can analyze what it is you are thinking in a way where you decipher what is factual and what is fictional. Stick with the reality of things. Don't get caught up in things that are fantasy and become delusional. -Allen J.
Are you 100 percent sure within what it takes to make a valid fact exact when you know that the way that you are to other people , or the people in your life , more/most helpful, rather than harmful to those people? Have you ever taken the time to ask, “what is it that you need”? Have you ever asked, “is there any way I could help you get one step closer to achieving everything that you intend, when it comes to how you intend your life to be ultimately”?
