No one really knows just how many years they will be able to live life before they move on to what's next. Doctors may tell you that the average human life expectancy for humans today is somewhere between 75 and 80. Some people live to the age of 100, while some only make it to 60. Do you know how to control your life expectancy? I am about to tell you. Your body has a natural chemistry and biological make up. There are foods from the earth that contribute positively toward the human growth process. There are also foods that take away from it. You may not understand what it is I am explaining to you, so let me explain. Your body naturally processes certain foods for its benefit as well as to give you the energy needed to perform your daily activities and regimens. Your body is also built to break down certain things a certain way. Overly processed foods are foods that are processed for mass production. Chemicals are infused with the original product in order to expand as well as produce a higher shelf life. These chemicals turn your natural foods into something very unnatural. The process also is very unnatural. This is what you put into your body when you eat overly processed foods. You put in things that are unnatural. As a result, your body's natural digestive system has to go into a shift in order to break down these unnatural food products that you have digested. In digestion, your body absorbs what is needed and dispels the rest. But what if the chemicals infused in these processed foods are so unnatural that it creates toxicity in your body? The result is an unnatural biological growth process and cycle. You heart rate goes up, you store more fat that which is necessary, and you ultimately make your body more succeptable to cancer. This takes away from your life expectancy. Anything you do that prevents you from moving forward in controlling your health takes away from your life expectancy. Moving backwards in your health or losing control of your health will lead you to an early death. What you put in your body that is not needed must be taken out. Not removing the unhealthy things in your body result in obesity and various illnesses and disease. Taking in healthy things promotes a healthy body and takes you more toward that high life expectancy, or old age. So which direction are you going in your health? Do you control the ingredients in the foods that you are eating? Think about that next time you go to a fast food restaurant. Do you know just how many extra chemicals are in the burgers you eat? Sometimes in life we get the things that are not best. Those things are meant for us to not be indulging in unless they are the initial part of what makes us not have them later on. We aren't supposed to be indulging in those things after the situations that make us understand, after being burned within the way we have to prevent the entire fire from engulfing our lives , shows us that those things aren't to be a part of what it takes to make us satisfied with what we are to have. We understand that those things aren't for us to have. Baring guilt comes from re-entering the situations that taught us not to have specific things with the delusion that we can indulge or choose once again those things, or that thing that isn't for us to have. We are left with this fear that the consequences that we once suffered would somehow return. That fear is GUILT!
